Description

Milk Education are currently recruiting a well organised administrative assistant, who has previous experience in Primary school settings and is familiar with Microsoft Office and Google systems, for a school in the Sunderland area.

Day to day duties (but not limited to);

Providing overall administration supporting the Head of School / Site Lead;
Attending all meetings and taking notes;
Managing referral response paperwork;
Managing student files and staff files within a robust timeframe;
Managing admissions paperwork and admissions register;
Making calls, taking messages etc;
Understanding of and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion;
Attend meetings and taking minutes;
Effectively communicate with head of school/site lead any issues/concerns that may arise;
Dealing with pupils, staff and parents;
Reception cover.

You must have:

Previous admin experience
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Have at least 6 months experience working in a school setting
Have a high standard of literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent customer service skills
A 'Can do', positive approach to work
Excellent people skills
