Description
The Kingsley School is seeking to appoint a Senior Deputy Head from September 2023.


The Senior Deputy Head is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at The Kingsley School and is based at the Senior School site.

Under the direction of the Headteacher, the Senior Deputy Head is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school on a day-to-day basis, as well as being the lead pastoral practitioner and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

They will have responsibility for the pastoral direction of the school and review all aspects of associated practice and policy.

The post holder will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver The Kingsley School's strategic vision.
