Technician (Rework)

Our client is looking for a Technician who will be required to support production with surface mount rework, modifications, hand builds and any other repairs.

This includes using re-work equipment, X-Ray & inspection equipment, and soldering irons for finepitched components.

Occasionally as a Technician you may be required to work in other areas soldering or assembling production units as needed.


  • Behaviours and attitudes that meet the needs of our client's ethos
  • Competent soldering skills down to 020
  • Proven experience in surface mount rework
  • Ability to read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials
  • Attention to detail & quality
  • Good grasp of English Language (GCSE Grade 5/D or equivalent)
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
Normal Working hours 37hrs / week Mon - Thu 08: half hour lunch)

Fri - 07:45-12:45 (no lunch)

Renumeration:
£23-27KPA
