Account Handler - Litho Print

Location:
Manchester

Salary:
£28K-£30K

My client are a leading provider of Litho Print, and Packaging Solutions and are looking for an industry experienced Account Handler to join their expanding team.

The role:

Proven ability to handle multiple customers and projects whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong communication skills with both customers and suppliers
Ability to build and maintain excellent client relations
Understanding client briefs and being able to advise on possible amendments to improve the finished job or make cost savings
Prepare accurate quotations including any external work that may be required
Processing orders, agreeing production schedules with customers and producing accurate works instructions
Keeping up to date with jobs through the Production process
Raising of Purchase Orders for raw materials and to external suppliers
Despatching and invoicing completed jobs
Working knowledge of offset litho printing is essential and whilst experience within Packaging is preferred training will be provided if required
Experience of using Shuttleworth MIS is ideal but not essential
Working knowledge of Word & Excel
