What you'll work on
Shared Channels Experience (SCE) is leading the transformation of consistent experiences for colleagues and customers driven by life events and other user needs, regardless of channel or service line.
The Designer will work on the DWP Customer View Project. The Customer View Project is an Online Self Service Interface making it easy for customers to self serve enquiries.
Essential Skills
- Experience of designing to GDS Principles
- Experience in interpreting technical and non technical requirements to design a comprehensive service
- Experience in designing services that meet assisted digital user needs
- Experience of agile methodology in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Experience in prioritising and defining user stories
- Experience of working within the public sector
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes

Hybrid working arrangements with 2 days per week onsite. Location options; London, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle
