Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and driving sales through exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support
  • Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
From £23,363.25 per year
