Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming sales enquires and ensuring the sales pipeline database is maintained with accurate and up to date information for all key potential clients
  • Administrate leads, data, and sales activities
  • Generate sales report
  • Maintain a record of sales and organise salesrelated paperwork
  • Identifying target potential clients within key target sectors
  • Provide sales administration support to Business Development Manager
  • Prioritise and process quotes and orders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and update contact information.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask & be flexible, depending on workload.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
