Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming sales enquires and ensuring the sales pipeline database is maintained with accurate and up to date information for all key potential clients
- Administrate leads, data, and sales activities
- Generate sales report
- Maintain a record of sales and organise salesrelated paperwork
- Identifying target potential clients within key target sectors
- Provide sales administration support to Business Development Manager
- Prioritise and process quotes and orders.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and update contact information.
- Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
- Keep records of client transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask & be flexible, depending on workload.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
