Manor Barn Nursing Home is looking for a full time Lifestyle Coordinator to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and enriching programs for residents in an assisted living and nursing home setting
Plan and coordinate social, recreational, and educational activities to promote a fulfilling lifestyle for seniors
Provide care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters social interaction and community engagement
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the wellbeing and satisfaction of residents
Maintain accurate records of resident participation and program evaluations

Skills:

Experience in senior care, particularly in assisted living or nursing home settings ideal.
Knowledge of dementia care and understanding of the unique needs of individuals with memory impairments
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, their families, and staff members
Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide care and support to seniors

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
