This position assists the Manager of Training & Operations and Supervisor of Support Services to provide a comfortable, clean, safe, organized, and adequate learning environment by performing administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports, stock inventory, maintaining and updating calendars, and other related tasks.


  • Prepares documents, reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Maintains and updates calendars. Schedules and coordinates meetings. Makes travel arrangements.
  • Maintains filing systems. Collects data and compiles information. Reviews and distributes mail.
  • Answers telephone and responds to routine calls/inquiries.
  • Prepares correspondence.
  • Order and control MTC stock items.
  • Coordinates work with other admin assistants
  • Performs other office and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Posess relevant professional work experience.
  • Vocational training or certification in the field of clerical/administrative work preferred.
  • Basic office skills to include: simple research capabilities, knowledge of the operations and maintenance of standard office equipment.
  • Organizational skills including filing, scheduling, time management and prioritization.
  • Communications skills, including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Applicants must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints and worthy to hold a temple recommend.
  • Applicant must hold a valid residency status that allows them to take up employment in the United Kingdom.
  • This is a parttime position with 20 hrs/week from Mon-Fri.
  • This position is a temporary position for the duration of 12 months.
