Duties include the following

To welcome all children, parents and carers in a positive manner each day
Completion and update of daily registers to ensure all children are appropriately accounted for on a daily basis.
To ensure the safe transport of children to and from school daily.
Preparation of breakfast and snack providing a nurturing environment at the beginning of each session.
To facilitate a fun packed programme which delivers a range of activities including arts and crafts, science and discovery, physical play and chill time.
To work in partnership with coaches who deliver a range of activities throughout the different areas of the service.
To observe and record children's progress and support the development of their Care and support plans.
To carry out appropriate risk assessments daily.
To care for and maintain all toys and equipment.
To adhere to the organisation's policies including Child Protection, Behaviour Management and Health and Safety.
To ensure that Out of School Care processes are implemented in keeping with the organisation's procedures and routines
