We are looking for a reliable and experienced
Project Officer to support our Strategic Systems Manager on a permanent basis.

As our office-based
Project Officer you will be earning £26,000 working
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

What will I be doing as a Project Officer?
Working as part of our Strategic Systems team your daily tasks will mainly consist of:

Assisting, supporting and controlling key projects and strategies
Organising and scheduling of meetings, taking minutes
Facilitating project communications
Controlling changes to project scopes, schedules and costs
Coordinating internal resource and third parties for project delivery
Drafting and formatting of documents and presentations
Providing control and reporting measures and documents

Bring the Skills and Experience of

A Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, ScrumMaster or similar
Participation in large and smallscale project delivery
Procurement and solution evaluation
Systematic, objective and analytical thinking
Working within a budgetary environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex narratives effectively across a range of stakeholders at different levels
Using Microsoft Office products
Using project management software

It would be beneficial if you have

Experience of the public transport industry and/or logistics industry
Full UK Driving Licence
