Job Scope
To provide a memorable customer experience to all customers when purchasing EssilorLuxottica products and visiting our stores. Sales Associate delivers exceptional sales results by assisting the customer in selecting products best suited to their lifestyle. Sales Associate performs almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and selling. As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Company values and the Sunglass Hut culture.


Areas of Responsibilities

  • Achieve high levels of sales performance and results
  • Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level
  • Accurately operate the POS system and accounts for all transactions (cash, credit, returns)
  • Ensure 3 Rs training is adhered to and all thefts are reported correctly
  • Open and close the store according to established guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
  • Deliver the customer experience to a high standard
  • Ensure store is displayed and products are secured according to Company guidelines
  • Know the products inside and out and stay fresh with new merchandise, trends and competitive activity
  • Achieve high levels of sales performance and results
  • Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level
  • Accurately operate the POS system and accounts for all transactions (cash, credit, returns)
  • Ensure 3 Rs training is adhered to and all thefts are reported correctly
  • Open and close the store according to established guidelines
  • Create an engaging and positive working environment
  • Support your colleagues and manager with store tasks and responsibilities
  • Treat your colleagues and customers with respect and dignity

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 22.5 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
