Financial Partnerships Manager - Entertainment - London
I am looking for an experienced Financial Partnerships Manager for a growing Entertainment business based in Central London.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Financial Partnerships Manager will primarily focus on managing the relationshipwith and information that flows from/to licensors and licensees from a financial perspective.


Key responsibilities:


  • Act as the key Finance representative in liaison with both licensors and key licensees.
  • Manage the Royalties and Participations UK team
  • Preparation, review and distribution of licensor participation reports
  • Ensure that licensee royalty forecasts are obtained, consolidated, reviewed, analysed and distributed according to licensors revenue recognition policies.
  • Liaise regularly with key licensors to ensure that their queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the onboarding of new licensors, maintaining the associated onboarding documentation.
  • Manage quarterly licensee royalty statement collections across the group and ensuring that status tracking is accurate. This will involve working directly with the regional finance teams and involving commercial teams when necessary.
  • Provide a proactive and comprehensive level of support to the Partnerships team, answering queries and providing financial data, including ensuring that effective monitoring is in place vs licensor contractual targets

Key skills:


  • Previous experience working within a related finance role
  • Royalties experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • A background within Media/Entertainment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data and good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks within a fastpaced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Highly organised and confidence when prioritising workload
