Frontier Learning Trust is a small Academy Trust comprising of Woodhouse College and Imperial College London Maths School (ICLMS).Woodhouse College is a popular and oversubscribed 16-19 academy of around 1500 full-time students, all on A level courses, on a vibrant campus in North London.
The College is proud of its strong community spirit and friendly supportive atmosphere.Our success rates and A*-B pass rates at A level regularly put us in the top five colleges in England.
We have maintained our 'outstanding' status in a recent inspection by Ofsted in May 2022. Our students are ambitious, lively and committed to doing well. Staff work hard and morale is high; this is a great place to work. ICLMS opened in September 2023. This school is a specialist sixth form based on the Woodhouse College site. Full-time: 36 hours per week, all-year round

Salary:
£26,667 - £27,524 inclusive per annum (pay award due September 24)
We are seeking to appoint a flexible and committed individual to join our caretaking team.
Duties will involve taking responsibility for site security, health and safety, general porter duties, preparation of classrooms and other areas of the Trust's campus for lessons and meetings.
You will be working alongside two other caretakers and reporting to the Head Caretaker.
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm who can relate well with staff, students and contractors.
The core working hours (7.2 per day), will be between 6.00 am and 8.00 pm Mon-Fri plus one hour for lunch.
Working weeks will be organised via a rota system.
The Trust offers a generous annual leave package plus bank holidays, plus 5 days during the Christmas holiday period and membership of the local government pension scheme.
The annual salary will be Point 7 to Point 9 on the sixth form college support staff salary scale, depending on experience, currently £23,585 to £24,442 plus £3,082 London Weighting.

- An understanding of and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in practice.
- A commitment to safeguarding the interests and needs of young people.
Desirable requirements
- Experience of caretaking in a similar setting.
- Experience of previous operational work.
- Familiarity of Health and Safety in the workplace.
- Practical DIY skills.
