Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Self epmloyed Groundworker to join our team. Must have CSCS card. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

This role is on a self employed basis so must have a UTR number & CSCS card. Also drivers licience is prefered. Inital pay rate depends on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and obstacles
Dig trenches, lay pipes, and install drainage systems
Operate machinery such as excavators, compactors, and jackhammers
Mix and pour concrete for foundations or other structures
Install and repair fences, gates, and other outdoor structures
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Laying patios, block paving, pocelian & tarmac
Kerbs, pinkerbs & concrete finishing

Skills:

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials
Excellent handeye coordination and dexterity
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Good time keeping
