Description

We are looking for a professional, efficient and organised Sales Administrator to process standard and trial orders, calculating pricing and quotes using the appropriate software available, while maintaining frequent communications with relevant parties i.e., managers, line-managers, sales team and clients.

Open and close customer accounts, commercial agreements and credit control, including the monitoring of back orders.


ROLE:


Main tasks of this role are:

  • Processing and acknowledging orders
  • Calculating Prices and Quoting
  • Data entry
  • Communication with Customers
  • Dealing with sales enquiries
  • Managing dispatch via DHL bookings
  • Running reports
  • Answering calls and signposting

HOURS:


Monday to Friday, 20 hours to be agreed

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Ø Exceptional organisation and communication skills

Ø Good knowledge of IT, preferably sales and planning software

Ø Ability to adhere to company policy and Higher Kings Mill Standards

Ø Good planning and problem-solving skills

Salary:
£12.66 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
