Description
This is an exciting opportunity for qualified Children's Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP) to join a school-based service in Surrey. These posts are based in schools and there are various vacancies available across Surrey (i.e. Runnymede, Spelthorne, Epsom, Elmbridge and Reigate and Banstead).

We have a large School-Based Needs team covering all 11 boroughs of Surrey which consists of MHSTs, Primary Mental Health Workers and Child Wellbeing Practitioners.

Surrey's new Alliance is working to embed the THRIVE framework.

The THRIVE Framework thinks about the emotional health and well-being needs of children, young people and families through five different needs-based groupings: Getting Advice and Signposting, Getting Help, Getting More Help, and Getting Risk Support.

Emphasis is placed on the prevention and promotion of mental health and well-being across the whole population and the post holder will be expected to work within the ITHRIVE framework with schools, CYP and their families to ensure that they receive the right support at the right time.

The Schools Based need service is currently undergoing an exciting and innovative transformation.

We are working closely with schools and partners in the third sector to develop the THRIVE model and provide enhanced support to schools in Surrey.
