Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Support the Sales and Marketing division with scheduling, agenda creation, and distribution of materials.
  • Manage sales documentation, preparing new content and reviewing existing detail to ensure it is suitable for current and future requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Research industry activity and highlight areas of importance.
  • Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate crossdepartmental UK projects ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain databases and CRM systems with accurate and uptodate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and contracts.
This role primarily operates form the Aberdeen office in Westhill but may require occasional travel for events or meetings.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
