The Job

The Company

BSV are currently recruiting for a mechanically biased CAD Coordinator on behalf of our client, a highly successful, privately owned design and build Mechanical Building Services contractor.

The majority of the projects being undertaken will be Commercial, but they also get involved with Residential, Hospitals, Colleges and Museums projects up to the value of around £2.5m.

The Role

Drafting designs using 2D and 3D AutoCAD and providing construction drawings
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure clarity of communication regarding designs
Updating drawings with design teams
Creating fully coordinated and clash detected 3d models of all services using AutoCAD
Detailing up construction and record drawings with dimensions, designations and construction notes.

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrable experience in the coordination of Mechanical Building services designs
Prior experience in the design of Mechanical Building Services on Commercial projects
