About Company & Role
A specialist construction contractor are currently seeking a Trainee Estimator on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to join this company that have enjoyed considerable growth, a strong client base and increasing pipeline of work.

They have recently moved to a brand new office that has installed some fantastic entertainment facilities.

Role:

Duties:

Preparing and submitting quotations for work.
Review tender documents
Assessing the scope of works
Calculating project costs
Assisting the submission of tender bids
Assisting the team with general duties.

IT literate and competent using MS Excel

Salary / Benefits / Other details:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience - pro rata for part-time

5% Annual Bonus on salary on company meeting yearly financial target

22 days paid holiday plus accrual of 1 day extra per year of service (up to 5 years)
