Alongside selling exquisite fine jewellery they offer a comprehensive repairs and restoration service. Job role:

There is an opportunity for a trade experienced retail jewellery professional to take on evermore responsibility.
All instore sell with enthusiasm and the business is particularly known for their own custommade fine jewellery.
Their style of operation requires all individuals to be hands on and be comfortable to take on any task backoffice admin or front of house display.
Customer experience when visiting instore needs to be professional and seamless so a consultative helpful demeanour is a must.
The business likes to set expected accomplishment levels of performance which encourages all to reach for optimum trading outcomes.
If an individual has experience of coaching and accelerating colleague success this is a talent to be welcomed instore.

Requirements:

An affinity with the Jewellery Design process (CAD) and Jewellery Repairs and the terminology that needs to be conveyed to a workshop would be helpful.
Whatever the career background trade aware or otherwise our client can invest in industry specific training support wherever felt to be career advancing.
