Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator.

The Lettings Negotiator's day-to-day tasks will include working with landlords and tenants to rent properties, handling property viewings, negotiating terms, managing property inventory, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

The role may also involve other related tasks as necessary.

Preferences

Experience in landlord/tenant matters and estate agency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Knowledge of property management
Experience with relevant software and technology
