Our client is a well-established and reputable construction and property maintenance company, dedicated to providing outstanding services to our clients.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Trader with a full UK driving licence to join our team.

As a Multi Trader, you will play a key role in handling various construction and property maintenance tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Conducting a wide range of building repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, and general handyman work.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring highquality workmanship at all times.
  • Utilising your multiskilled expertise to complete projects to the highest standard, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Responding to emergency repair calls and resolving issues on a priority basis.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work carried out, materials used, and time spent on each task.
  • Liaising with clients and providing excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Working effectively as part of a team and collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader in the construction or property maintenance industry, showcasing your diverse skill set.
  • Competence in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, and general maintenance work.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between different job sites.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to work independently to diagnose and fix various issues.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Adaptability to handle various tasks and work in different environments.
