Associate Director - Private Equity - competitive salary, hybrid working, based Fareham.

Reed Finance are working with an expanding financial services client to support the recruitment of an Associate Director - Private Equity to join their rapidly expanding team.

The key part of this role is to lead and deliver the private equity fund services customer proposition.

The individual will be required to manage a key client relationship through effective leadership of a large client service team.

Main responsibilities of the role are

Ensure reporting deadlines are met with oversight on planning, scheduling, and monitoring of workloads.
Support, manage and enhance strategic business plans for profit growth
Take full economic ownership of the client service teams
Develop new business opportunities partially through existing networked contacts
Participate in client fee quotes and subsequent pitches
Attend client board meetings to present performance reports
