The Role
Your days will be varied and will involve some of the following:
- Managing and responding to inbound calls from clients, external legal parties and other stakeholders.
- Providing information to clients on behalf of fee earners.
- Maintaining and updating records on the firm's database, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Coordinating with solicitors and other fee earners to manage workloads and open cases.
- Other general adhoc administrative duties.

- Flexible hybrid working on an adhoc basis
- Salary £2428k depending on experience
