Salary dependent on experience £24000 to £28000


Overview of Role


Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department, managing colleagues while maintaining excellence in quality control and outstanding customer relations.


We are in the people business, so a personable and approachable nature is critical, our service team need to aspire to the standards that you set and maintain, you must enjoy being hands on and leading from the front.


  • Experienced in supervising in a hospitality environment.
  • Manage all food and beverage service outlets proactively in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Oversees the set up and delivery of private functions and events including weddings, dinners, and parties.
  • Responsibility for scheduling and managing a flexible work force.
  • Take responsibility for health and safety and food hygiene measures in your department.
  • Understanding of inventory control procedures, procurement, and cost control.
  • Support and participate in all internal training initiatives.
