Audit & Accounts Manager

Salary:
£45 - £55k DOE

Our client
Autograph are delighted to be working alongside a growing accountancy practice throughout the midlands.
With proven success and growth, they require an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior accountant to join their dynamic team.
The desire to work withvarious members of staff collaboratively, through different substantive and analytical audit procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintenance over the planning and completion of audit requirements through substantive and analytical audit procedures
Preparation of statutory financial statements
Arrangement of onsite meetings at client's premises
Use of knowledge and judgment to highlight any potential high level risk area or matters of concern to relevant members of staff
Liaise with all members of the audit process from the junior staff to the directors
Review completed jobs
ACCA/ACA qualified
Sound IT knowledge and skills, notably Microsoft Excel
Good level of understanding of accounting standards
Self motivated, efficient and have excellent attention to detail
Able to keep up to date with audit legislation
