Management Trainee - Birmingham, United Kingdom - Make Agency Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive management training program to gain knowledge and skills in various aspects of the business
- Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and operations
- Assist in analyzing market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Support the management team in daily operations and decisionmaking processes
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Bilingual knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or a strong interest in sales is desirable
