_About the role, what will I be doing?_

  • To observe and make certain that all staff on duty are aware of the security, health and safety regulations.
  • To be fully aware of all Reception/Cashier's procedures and manual procedures should the computer crash.
  • Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift affording maximum cover on the desk at all times, making sure that all meal breaks are taken.
  • Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIP's and groups are actioned with guidance from the Reception Management team.
  • Oversee all room moves with the relevant departments.
  • Ensure the hotel's credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.
  • Assist the Reception Management team in the implementation of new procedure and coordination of training.
  • Make certain that all tours are charged correctly and any complimentary rooms
- are adjusted upon arrival.

  • Undertake any projects as directed by the Reception Management team.
  • Complete any reasonable tasks as requested by any member of the management team.
What will you need?

  • Minimum 1 years of Experience in Hospitality
  • Knowledge of OPERA
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish and Italian is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality
