We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Wellbeing Manager to join an exciting charity making a positive difference.

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary:
£30,850 - £40,850 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will manage a small team who deliver the children and young people projects within the Health and Wellbeing team.
Therefore, the successful applicant will look to further enhance and increase the Trust's profile and reputation as a trustworthy deliverer of health and wellbeing initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the Health & Wellbeing Manager include:- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of specific project leads.
- Work with partners and stakeholders to sustain and implement health and wellbeing interventions which further enhance the Trust's health offer.
- Seek out opportunities to grow the programmes into new geographical areas, aligned with the Trust strategy, including research of other Trusts / Foundations offer.
- Coordinate staff delivery, including casual coaches.
- Conduct regular supervision and appraisals for directly line managed staff.
- Monitor and manage financial budgets to ensure they are on target across the projects within the portfolio.
About You
We are looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager who is an excellent communicator, both internally and externally, enjoys collaborating with others and takes pride in their work.
- Understanding of the Trust's commitment to EDI & Safeguarding
- Relevant experience working with children or young people.
- Relevant experience in managing or supervising a team of staff or volunteers.
- Experience and success in building relationships and working collaboratively with partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to a range of audiences including school staff, parents, young people, and partner agencies both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
