We're currently looking for a number of
Customer Operations Administrators on a full time, fixed term basis (6 months contract).
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Member Support team who are responsible for supporting the customer journey of our valued members, through the administration of process requests and providing advice to create a great customer experience.
ACCA offers a hybrid model home & office working.
The job
Reporting to the Team Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Supporting our customers with requests for support to maintain their membership with ACCA.
- Providing a first point resolution service to our customers in a professional manner.
- Be an ambassador for ACCA, treating all internal and external customers with respect and maintain professionalism at all times
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of current processes and procedures
The person
We're looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:
- Experience of working in a customer focused role with assessment and administration responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with a track record for providing first class customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external customers.
- Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience with a positive attitude and approach to work
- Ability to multitask using different systems including Microsoft Office Systems
