4myschools are recruiting for an experienced
HLTA to join an esteemed educational trust, specifically working at two primary schools in Clacton-on-Sea.

The schools are committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for their pupils, and foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where students and staff alike can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to deliver the planned lessons in an engaging way across EYFS to Year 6, adapting activities to suit the needs of individual students.
Lead small group activities and provide targeted intervention to support student progress and achievement.
Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and participating in pupil progress meetings.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (
HLTA) or similar role within a primary school setting.
Sound understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methodologies across EYFS to Year
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites, managing time and resources efficiently.
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning, with a genuine passion for education and inclusivity.
