Dietetic Secretary - Acute Dietetic Team, Western General Hospital:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a secretary to join the Acute Dietetic Team based at the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh.


The main duties of the role include:

  • Management of clerical and administrative processes to support clinical care which includes the use of electronic patient records and outpatient appointment system TRAK.
  • Ordering of supplies from PECOS procurement system.
  • Support allocation of appointments and deal with telephone enquiries from patients and other health care professionals.
This is a full-time post working Monday to Friday.
