Description

As part of a multi-skilled team, Housing Services Administrators will be expected to deliver quality assistance to service users, meeting their needs as the first point of contact.

  • Able to take instruction when needed in order to facilitate management

General Duties & Responsibilities:


  • To maintain accurate records using facilities provided
  • To liaising effectively with partner organisations (e.g. local authorities and other housing organisations)
  • To ensure that appropriate filing systems (manual and computer) maintained
  • To liaise with Housing Officers and liaising with appropriate teams as advised
  • To provide administrative support to Housing Officers
  • To work with other service areas to continually develop knowledge in order to provide the best possible frontline service
  • Dealing with incoming queries through to resolution
  • To adhere to Confidentiality and Data Protection Policies
  • To strive to maintain the highest standards of personal integrity while ensuring agreed service standards are maintained.
  • To work efficiently using initiative, whilst also working as part of a team
  • To maintain a flexible approach to providing cover for other areas within the business during periods of sickness or annual leave
  • To carry out any other duties consistent with the job purpose which may be required and to meet the needs of the business from time to time.
  • To comply with our Health & Safety Policy
  • To actively promote the Equality & Diversity Policy and practice in all aspects of the job role as it relates to colleagues, tenants, contractors, consultants and external agencies
  • To ensure that access to information complies with Data Protection legislation at all times

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£9.00-£9.50 per hour
