    Job Overview
    We are seeking an experienced civil groundworks gang to work on new site connections in Kent. Teams must comprise two-man crews with digger and dumper tickets, driving licenses, CSCS cards, and ideally at least one holder of street works certification. This opportunity is suited for seasoned teams that have worked on civil or groundwork sites for a minimum of five years and can operate independently, interpret drawings, think critically, and manage their sites and tasks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely set out barriers and basic traffic management according to regulations.
    • Read and interpret project drawings and risk assessment methodologies (RAMS).
    • Regularly update the project management team and supervisor to ensure timely supply of materials and provision of necessary resources for the following day.
    • Maintain and operate plant equipment safely.

    Essential Skills

    • Proven experience in groundworks or civil/Utilities projects.
    • Able to operate hand tools and machinery safely.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
    • Familiarity with excavating, concreting, block paving, installing drainage, and laying slabs.
    • Understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.

    Working Arrangements

    • Full-time position.
    • £280.00-£320.00 per day.
    • Company car provided.
    • 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

    Licenses and Certifications

    • CSCS card required.
    • Valid driving license required.

    Work Location: On-site.
