EXAMS SUPPORT OFFICER with Data, Assessment and Admin responsibilities


Due to the current post holder being promoted and moving out of education, we are wanting to appoint an outstanding Exams Officer with experience in assessment and data management.

There will be associated admin responsibilities which will be agreed at the interview - as we are a small school that needs to cover everything on a small scale.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and drive who can help us focus even more clearly upon improving the lives and prospects of each of our students and to further develop our truly student-centred curriculum - where at the core of our student's life skills are positive destinations that are based in a range of qualifications to enable them each to move on with their lives.


The main areas of responsibility will be:

  • To support the Executive Headteacher and Head of School in continuing to move the school forward in all educational aspects with regards to exams.
  • Delivering suitable training to staff to enable them to fully comply with each exam season etc.
  • Advise parents/carers how best to support their child during exams etc.
  • Be responsible for using Arbor (MIS) to record targets, student academic progress etc, support staff to use this MIS. Undertake data analysis to show student progress etc. CPD will be given to use Arbor if you are used to using another MIS.
  • Ensure that the school data is safe and GDPR compliant.
  • Working as part of the admin team at Kettlebrook.
  • Staff whole school themed projects such as being a Well Being Warrior, Community Lunches etc.
  • Working with our Alternative Providers.

Salary:
£22,372.00-£25,451.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:
