The production manager role is a key position that will require the successful applicant to manage the production team, ensuring thatall processes and high standards of production quality are upheld.
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and motivating team members
- Ensuring that workloads are managed, and output targets and quality targets are adhered to
- Setting team and individual objectives
- Carry out appraisals, disciplinary and performance management plans
- Implementing and managing continuous improvement processes
- Keeping production and planning records updated
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience managing a team within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong levels of the organization
- Knowledge of basic HR legislation
- Good levels of IT skills including the use of Microsoft Excel
- Full, Clean driving license
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm
Salary:
up to £45,00 per Annum
