As one of our Security Officer, you will be a part of our team to ensure the safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues by providing a visual attention and proactive security service.

Some of our sites demands strong conflict resolution skills and a professional approach to dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.

These duties include, but are not limited to,

Protect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse,
Booking vehicles in and out of the site with all Gate house duties.
Deter violence, theft and public order offences.
Respond to any incident or request for assistance onsite and assume control until the arrival of the Emergency Services or Duty Manager if required.
Reporting of all incidents & intelligence data using a smart device promptly.

Qualifications required

You will be an ambassador of the company and client to the general public, which will entail smart presentation, require excellent timekeeping and for you to have an approachable demeanor.

You must have a proven track record within the security industry or related services.
You will need to be a team player with a positive attitude.
Able to work on your own, using your initiative.
Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.
Capability in the use of technology.
To be able to remain calm under pressure.
Frontline Door Supervision or Security Guarding License essential.
