Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the refurbishment project from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
• Provide leadership and guidance to electrical technicians and apprentices
• Review project plans and specifications to determine electrical requirements
• Supervise the installation of the electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent project management abilities
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members
