Description

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced receptionist within this busy department at Ninewells Hospital.

You should have excellent communication skills, accurate IT skills along with general office skills. Experience of NHS administration systems, including Trakcare, would be advantageous.

Hours of work 15 per week equivalent - Fixed Term for 10 months

4-week shift pattern:
Wk 1 Mon & Wed , Sat & Sun = 25 hours

Wk 2 Wed = 5 hours

Wk 3 Mon & Wed , Sat & Sun = 25 hours

Wk 4 Wed = 5 hours

Initial training will require to be undertaken during Monday to Friday daytime hours

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
