We have a great opportunity for you to join a leading Commercial Relocation company where you will be the face of our organisation supporting key accounts and customers with their relocation projects as well as developing a career working for a customer focused, growing organisation that will offer training and development.
As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be the one point of contact throughout the customer's journey which involves understanding the customer's needs and in turn, improving the customer's experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
- Good problem solver, able to use intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client
- Ability to maximise sales opportunities by upselling products and services to the customer
- Delivering company and legal standards when processing documentation
- Dealing with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, along with ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing
- Take part in team meetings and briefings when planned
- Build and maintain trusted working relationships within the team
- Perform any other duties as and when required depending on the needs of the business
- Provide reporting for accounts.
- Contribute to the delivery of KPI's
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Ability to work with others and share best practice
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated with a positive approach to your work and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Exhibits flexibility, be adaptable to change
- Be customer centric, create a great customer experience with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Communicate effectively on all levels
- Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure
