Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm


Salary:
£26,000 per year


We have a great opportunity for you to join a leading Commercial Relocation company where you will be the face of our organisation supporting key accounts and customers with their relocation projects as well as developing a career working for a customer focused, growing organisation that will offer training and development.


As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be the one point of contact throughout the customer's journey which involves understanding the customer's needs and in turn, improving the customer's experience.

You will be the first escalation point for customers and will manage a regional list of accounts in close partnership with several other departments


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
  • Good problem solver, able to use intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client
  • Ability to maximise sales opportunities by upselling products and services to the customer
  • Delivering company and legal standards when processing documentation
  • Dealing with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, along with ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing
  • Take part in team meetings and briefings when planned
  • Build and maintain trusted working relationships within the team
  • Perform any other duties as and when required depending on the needs of the business
  • Provide reporting for accounts.
  • Contribute to the delivery of KPI's

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a Customer Service role
  • Ability to work with others and share best practice
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated with a positive approach to your work and a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Exhibits flexibility, be adaptable to change
  • Be customer centric, create a great customer experience with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Communicate effectively on all levels
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure
