Job duties and responsibilities:

Junior's with confidence and ability to learn and grow.
Uncapped comms 10% of revenue made from trades paid for the lifetime of your employment.
15% uplift on over £30,000 client profit for that specific month.
FX experience not necessary but sales experience welcomed.
Responsible for building and establishing a profitable client base and helping to develop Clear Capital Exchange's overall standing in the market.
To actively promote the services of the Clear Capital Exchange.
Make effective, highly professional outbound calls to key decision makers.
Generate new leads and referrals via multiple sources including networking.
Cold and warm call businesses to present our services, for them to open a trading facility with Clear Capital Exchange.
To Achieve targets and KPI's set by the Director of Sales or Director of Dealing on a monthly basis.
To ensure that the database notes are uptodate at all times with details of client calls, issues and progress made.
Research and keep up to date with Financial markets.
Support the Director of Sales, Director of Dealing and Senior Managers as necessary.
Communicate/escalate issues of client dissatisfaction or risk control to Senior Mangers.
Attending exhibitions, seminars, events and meetings as necessary.
Constantly looking for new ways to enhance the operation of the UK office and grow the client database.
