Regional Sales Manager - £40,000 Basic Salary + £30,000 OTE (Uncapped) + Car Allowance

Territory:
North of UK/North Midlands

A fantastic client facing business development sales role where you will be dealing with 90% warms leads.

You will be managing a new territory, with the autonomy and freedom to approach potential new business wherever seems most suitable.

With a dense/successfulpresence in the South of the UK currently, our client is looking to be aggressive in their approach and attack the North Midlands/North of the UK, growing their coverage across the whole of the country.

Areas that could be targeted within the role could be Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds. With no requirement to regularly visit the office, a range of living locations across the patch will be considered.


Our client is a major player within their industry specialising in Electrical/Building Compliance and are known as the "safe pair of hands" within the sector.

For the 20 years they are been trading, they have established an outstanding reputation, constantlychallenging their multinational blue-chip competitors.

They have a prestigious customer base, selling into a wide range of sectors across the UK, including national museums & royal buildings.

Valuing their employees and ensuring longevity within their careers is at the forefront of our client's priorities with an average career tenure being just over 7 years


This role would be best suited to an experience business development professional with client facing experience, who can sell within a consultative manner, within the electrical compliance or facilities management sector.

That being said, a variety backgroundswill be considered, as long as you have sold B2B in a client facing, field-based role, you could be right for the position
