£19,000 - £22,000p.a.


Hours of Work:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 22.5 hours per week. This is a part time FTC until May 2024. Hybrid working available.

Part Time
Administrator to work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager as this health service business continues to expand.

You will be a highly organised individual who is able to work autonomously. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and respond positively to a challenging and varied role then we want to hear from you

The post holder will be able to manage multiple issues whilst prioritising work assignments.


You will need a driving licence and own transport due to the location of the office

Responsibilities of the Part Time Administrator:

  • Answering calls from main telephone line and transferring where relevant.
  • Send Occupational Health and outcome reports following clinics.
  • Prepare equipment for the Nurses.
  • Set up and process Management Referrals and New Starter Health questionnaires.
  • Support team with Health Surveillance clinics.
  • Liaise with clients daily, responding in a timely manner to any client requests that are appropriate to deal with, and escalating to Account Coordinator, where relevant.
  • Assist with arranging review meetings with clients and running statistical reports on behalf of the Account Managers.
  • Help to maintain accurate data on the internal system.
  • Create and follow up on tasks and actions following a review meeting to ensure these are completed in a timely fashion.
  • May be required on occasions to attend client meetings to take minutes, cover reception duties and provide general administrative support to the business.

Requirements for the Part Time Administrator:

  • Previous experience working within administration is required.
  • Enthusiastic and highly organised
  • Resilience as this is a busy role.
  • Confident in daytoday tasks and proactive at handling problems
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral are essential.
  • Previous experience in a health administration role is desirable but not essential.
