A leading UK law firm are looking for a Corporate Insurance Senior Associate to join their renowned commercial and IT team in their Surrey office.

Corporate Insurance Senior Associate Lawyer's Role

The successful Corporate Insurance Senior Associate will work with a range of service providers and policyholders from the insurance industry advising them on related commercial, transactional, data privacy and technology law matters.

The Corporate Insurance Senior Associate will also offer support to the corporate team in M&A and other transactional matters when involving an insurance firm.

The Corporate Insurance Senior Associate Lawyer

Qualified solicitor in England Wales
Previous experience in an established private practice
Experience in commercial and corporate law
Good academics
Able to manage a varied caseload
Excellent communication skills
