If you are an experienced helpdesk / operational administrator and looking for a new challenge or opportunity, then this role could be for you


We are looking for a full time, 6 month temporary (with a view of going permanent), experienced helpdesk / operations administrator at our head office in Belvedere (own travel is essential due to location).

The hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

You will assist the Operations Manager in the efficient and effective running of the helpdesk / operations department which will include:

  • Answer the telephone in a prompt, helpful. professional and friendly manner
  • Organise engineers' jobs on Pronett
  • Allocate jobs to engineers / tanker teams on Big Change
  • Send invoices out from Big Change
  • Ensure jobs are completed on Big Change
  • Create Purchase Order's for any stock required by engineers
  • Pay for parking as and when requested by engineers / teams
  • Investigate and resolve any Company related parking tickets / fine
  • Creation of quotes for any remedial works
  • Followup for any quotes provided
  • Send job reports and keep clients updated of any jobs
  • Upload job reports to clients' specific portals as and when required
  • Maintain engineers / tanker teams' hours / holiday / sickness
  • Manage any outstanding requests from clients
  • Assist the Admin teams with any adhoc projects/work requests


You should have previous experience working in a helpdesk environment / operations as well as being a competent administrator with excellent communication (telephone and data input), organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

You should have experience in working under pressure in a fast paced environment and willing to participate in other tasks along with being IT literate in Windows and other Management Information Systems.

£23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
