About the Role:
What you'll be doing:
- Making sure all the adverts are accurate and brand specific (rate of pay, bonus, location, brands, etc..., including spelling, punctuation and grammar) and posted internally and externally, including on the relevant job boards and social media channels
- Building strong relationships with all key stakeholders across SSP including HR colleagues
- Using reports available on a daily basis to manage and prioritise the workload
- Reviewing CVs screening applicants, conducting telephone interviews, as well as booking interviews for hiring managers according to the business needs
- Maintain agreed internal SLA's that address the following:
- Advertising approved roles
- Sending CVs to managers
- Screening of all applicants
- Organisation of interviews
- Management of complaints procedures
- Process Unit Referral requests within 24hours
- Updating the SSP recruitment systems as defined by process and policy in place at the time
To be successful in the role you will need:
Essential:
- Previous recruitment experience with inhouse or agency
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Process driven
- Detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and to set own personal targets and schedules
Desirable:
- Experience in high volume recruitment
- Experience in working in Retail or Catering
- ATS knowledge
