Role - Order processor


Location - WA2


Hours - Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm


Salary - up to £23,000 per annum.


The role:


  • 1st look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed.
  • Getting quotes from suppliers for stock.
  • Placing orders.
  • Gathering information for quotes for jobs.
  • Work with finance, sales and installs.
  • Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Assist with admin duties as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Must have recent experience order processing UPVC windows.
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Must currently reside in the UK

Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
