to be the number one home appliance business in the UK and Ireland. As a Credit Team Leader, you'll have a key part to play in the success of our organisation.

As a Credit Team Leader, you'll manage your team of Accounts Receivable and Dispute Management Specialists, ensuring that they provide an excellent customer journey to all key internal and external stakeholders.

You'll support, coach and develop your team ensuring all departmental KPI's are achieved and provide analytical and performance updates to the Credit Operations Manager.

You'll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you'll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

You'll have experience of working within a supervisory capacity, ideally within an Accounts Receivable department, with demonstrable experience in managing, supporting, coaching and developing colleagues within a fast-moving business.

You'll be working with with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, so will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, persuading and influencing skills.

It's also important that you have a desire to solve problems and continually improve our systems and processes.
