Supporter Services Assistant

Are you immediately available have a passion for excellent customer service with some office-based experience with either have previous charity experience or a motivation to work for the non-profit sector?

Day to day tasks include responding to supporter queries, questions, and complaints across multiple channels, process and reconcile fundraising income, thank supporters for their donations and to assist with the delivery of supporter journeys, or aspectsof supporter journey, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Fundraising Database.

For this role you will be required to attend the office at least twice a week due to the nature of the role, you will be needed to attend to support with incoming post donations, the offices are based in North London, walking distance from St Pancras stationand other transport links.

Open to applicants with transferable skills, you be required to have some previous office based experience and in a customer service setting, with a motivation to work in the charity sector.

£12.91ph + holiday
